Registration

Our registration process has been set up as a one-stop-shop for everything related to APR 2026 in one transaction! Please note that select sponsorship levels include full conference registration, and/or exhibit space. We also ask that you RSVP during registration for the Opening Reception at the Trustees' Garden so that we can properly account for your attendees and food/drink.

Volunteers can also express their interest in volunteering via link to our volunteer sign-up page 

Annual Program Review Registration and Sponsorships DO NOT include registration for our Scholarship Golf Tournament; you must register individuals or teams separately through our golf tournament registration

For Full Registrants:

• $550 Member Early Bird Full-Conference Registration ($625 after May 1, 2026)
• $600 Non-Member Early Bird Full-Conference Registration ($675 after May 1, 2026)
• $75 Student Full-Conference Registration (must be FT undergraduate and SAME Student Member)

For Active-Duty Military/Federal Govt Employees*:

• $150 Active-Duty Military/Federal Govt Employee Full-Conference Registration
• $100 Active-Duty Military/Federal Govt Employee Day 2 Tech Session Only Option (includes access to all tech sessions/PDH, breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and food/drink at exhibit showcase)
• $50 Active-Duty Military/Federal Govt Employee Day 3 Briefings Only Option (includes breakfast, refreshment breaks and access to all special sessions and briefings)

For Golf Event:

• $225 Golf Event Registration - 1 Golfer (does not require full conference registration) 
• $800 Golf Event Registration - 4 Golfers (does not require full conference registration) 
• $125 Active-Duty Military/Federal Govt Employee Golf Event Registration* - 1 Golfer (does not require full conference registration) 
• $400 Active-Duty Military/Federal Govt Employee Golf Event Registration* - 4 Golfers (does not require full conference registration) 

 * Business representatives with a veteran status: though we thank you for your service, this rate does not apply to business representatives with a veteran status. This rate is for active-duty military personnel and federal government employees who are tasked out by their units or agencies to support the event.

NO REFUNDS, HOWEVER TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED. 

Online Registration Closes June 19, 2025 

The APR event typically sells out so please secure your registration and accommodations as soon as possible.  Walk-ins MAY be permitted, however, it is not guaranteed we will have space to accommodate day of registrants.  Please note that all walk-ins will be charged the applicable full conference price + a late registration fee.
